Spend the day playing lawn games, listening to live music, taking part in dance lessons, goat yoga, sip and learn classes, touring our delicious food vendors and shopping from the array of endless artisan and craft vendors!
Easter Egg Hunt (Postponed Due to Weather)
Come join us this weekend at the rescue for a morning of snuggly goats and yoga. Please turn around at the house and park on the lane. Our yoga instructor, Lynn Knudson, will be leading the class. Afterward, we invite you to pose, spend extra time cuddling with the goats, take a tour, or explore the walking trails at the rescue. Cost is $20 per person.

The goal of this community-wide giving event is to match Gage County area supporters’ passions and generosity with local nonprofit organizations already doing great work. Through the combined participation of all people who love and care about the Gage County area, we can significantly impact the future of our beloved community.
Shepherd's Rest Goat and Sheep Rescue provides homes for beloved pets of people who are terminally ill or disabled. We also provide animal assisted therapy for individuals with physical and emotional challenges. This year our goal is to provide an accessible area where people with disabilities can interact with the animals.
